Silas - our Siberian Husky scans the shore and has the whole beach to himself, this first day of school. Photo taken south side of the causeway at 11 AM. The temperature was 72.5 degrees under clear skies with a nice breeze out of the northwest. The water temperature is still hovering around 70. Notice how clear the water is. 9-4-2013
FYI - Silas was rescued and adopted. It was abused as a little pup kept in a cage most off the time. the owners were planning to abandon it in the woods in The Myles Standish State Forest to fend for itself, my daughter Brittany Baron intervened, adopted and brought Silas to his new home on West Island 6 years ago. Now he enjoys the ocean, the reservation and lots of love.
