I got up at 3:30 a.m. grabbed my camera and headed up to catch the sunrise at Portland Head Light this morning. I was hoping the storm that blew through last night would be clearing out with some interesting clouds. Unfortunately, the clouds weren't quite what I had hoped, but it was still a very nice sunrise.

There were at least a dozen of these beautiful newts swimming in a wetland area of the Boxford State Forest.

I have no idea - and I mean NO idea whatsover - what this is all about! This telephone pole on the side of the road near Rangeley State Park in Maine was covered with bras of all sizes, styles and colors.
